Kyle Felici
PresidentKyle Felici is the owner and broker of Assured Mortgage Solutions, a company his late father, Peter Felici, founded in 2011. After almost a decade in the aftermarket automotive industry, Kyle entered the mortgage business in 2024 and, following his father’s passing, proudly took over the family company. He continues to honor his father’s legacy by guiding clients through the homebuying and refinancing process with honesty, care, and a genuine commitment to helping families achieve their goals.
Richie Frangiosa
Vice PresidentRichie was born and raised in Philadelphia, where he started his career in the Mortgage industry at the tender age of 17. After working as a processor, underwriter, closer, and even a file clerk, Richie started what would become ADV Mortgage in 2012. Richie and his family relocated to Colorado in 2015, and prides himself in using his experience in all facets of the mortgage industry to provide unparalleled knowledge and service to ADV’s clients.

Loan OfficerJeff is a United States Air Force veteran and law enforcement professional with over 25 years of service, where he developed a strong foundation of integrity, dedication, and commitment to others.
